All rights are reserved under applicable Indian copyright law and international treaties.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, copying, reselling, or derivative use of any NoorEducative content is strictly prohibited and will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

If you believe that content appearing on NoorEducative.XYZ infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to DeepayanXZ@outlook.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice" containing the following information:

1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
2. The specific URL(s) on this Website where the allegedly infringing material appears
3. Your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf
6. Your physical or electronic signature

We will review all valid DMCA notices and respond within 14 business days. If the claim is valid, the infringing content will be removed promptly.

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address. Counter-notices must comply with applicable DMCA counter-notice requirements and include your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringers

NoorEducative has a policy of terminating access, without refund, for users who are found to have repeatedly infringed the intellectual property rights of NoorEducative or any third party.

Protection of Our Content

NoorEducative actively monitors for unauthorised use and distribution of course materials. If you become aware of any unauthorised distribution of NoorEducative content, please report it to DeepayanXZ@outlook.com.
