1. Digital Course Products — 7-Day Refund Window

All digital course purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the date of purchase, provided the course content genuinely does not match the description provided on the course page.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email DeepayanXZ@outlook.com within 7 days of your purchase date with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Order ID]"

Please include: your Order ID, the name of the course, the date of purchase, and a brief explanation of why the refund is being requested. We will respond within 48 business hours to confirm receipt and next steps.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method (UPI ID or bank account) within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or UPI provider.

4. Consulting Services

Consulting session fees are subject to the following terms:

If you are dissatisfied with a consulting session, contact us within 48 hours to discuss your concern. We handle complaints on a case-by-case basis with the goal of fair resolution.

5. Coaching Packages

Monthly mentorship and quarterly advisory packages are billed per period. Cancellation of an ongoing package must be made at least 7 days before the next billing period to avoid charges. Partial-period refunds are not provided for coaching packages.
